Flood Brothers Plumbing

Our experience with Phillip was great. On time, communicated well, explained what needed to be done, and made us feel comfortable. I do think the pricing was a bit high compared with what needed to be done. The parts were probably under $100.00. The total bill was $1800 for about 1.5 hours of work, Phillip did need another helper to remove 2 toilets, but the other 2 were just replacing the supply lines. Anyway I think this is a great company, but pricing is on the higher side.

I had three plumbers out who all charged service fees, but couldn't complete the job or recommended a large scale repair. Then I called Flood Brothers and was lucky enough to have Jerry come out to my residence. Jerry was communicative, professional, kind and most importantly -- was able to quickly diagnose and fix my shower without opening up the wall as had previously been suggested by someone else. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Flood Brothers and Jeff. Jeff arrived on a Sunday afternoon, took initial steps and returned the following day with additional equipment which solved our issue. He then explained what future repairs would entail and provided detailed analyses of each. Conscientious, responsive and professional - highest possible recommendation .

After having dealt with some plumbers that we did not feel like we’re very honest it was refreshing to work with Mike and Giulio from Flood Brothers! They were professional, fast, and extremely responsive. We had the entire horizontal and mainline replaced, and they did it very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
